Family Legal Exec/Solicitor
Required for all aspects of family work including divorce, cohabitation disputes, trusts of land appointment cases, civil partnerships, financial disputes, children act including residence, contact, specific issue, prohibited steps, public law proceedings including an element of care proceedings.
The candidate should have either 1 year PQE wherein the salary/job description would be more of a paralegal status with supervision and subsequently taking on more cases of their own or 3 years PQE to inherit/expand on the existing case loads at present.
Preferably the candidate should be a member of Resolution or prepared to undertake the requirements to obtain Resolution membership and any other memberships for panels i.e. the Accredited specialist panels and children panels.
The person should also be familiar with legal aid applications including the legal help scheme.
